Receptionist Lori joined us in 2017, following her heart back to health care after having graduated from a Medical Assistant program in 2010 and spending more than 20 years in retail customer service and management. She greets everyone with a smile and her gentle spirit puts our patients and their parents instantly at ease. Lori is bilingual, has one daughter, two dogs and in her free time enjoys listening to music and reading.
